UA is Ready for the Right Redevelopment Projects

 

Economic development is an important goal for many communities throughout the country because attracting businesses has a positive influence that goes well beyond the financial benefits of additional income and property taxes.

 

With this in mind, the Upper Arlington Community Improvement Corporation has been actively involved since 1994 in identifying and participating in redevelopment opportunities for our City. A steady stream of income tax revenue from people who work in Upper Arlington takes some of the tax burden off homeowners as it helps fund City services for residents and business owners alike.
