National Church Residences

National Church Residences, Inc. (NCR) is a not-for-profit corporation primarily developing affordable housing for seniors at its headquarters at 2335 North Bank Drive. As one of the largest employers and oldest Upper Arlington business entities, NCR was out of available office space at its current headquarters. In order to support the continuing growth in their housing development and management areas, as well as expanding their new home health care business, more space was needed. With the assistance of a forgivable loan, NCR purchased a neighboring building of 7,000 square feet and made remarkable improvements. It is anticipated that as many as 45 jobs will be created with the expansion, far surpassing the approximately 10 people the previous owner employed at the site.
